CUSTOMER NEED: 2 story home, customer needs a new high efficiency system and needs to heat and cool the upstairs which did not have ductwork.

LOCATION: Scripps Ranch, San Diego County

PROPOSED SOLUTION: Change out Furnace, AC and add a Multi Zone heat pump mini split. Replace existing equipment for the downstairs, and add a multi zone for the rooms upstairs. They also wanted individual controls for the upstairs rooms.
