In 2019, Carini Home Services launched the Carini Leadership Lab at Pro Kids | The First Tee San Diego. This brand new initiative will provide resources, equipment and facilities at the Pro Kids headquarters, combining new and ongoing initiatives that stress leadership development with mentoring by local business, non-profit executives and media personalities.
